As part of an overall rebranding and growthstrategy, LR Webber has realigned the organization to create maximum efficiencies and enhance relationships with all stakeholders.
With a balance of existing and new talent, a cohesive and robust executive management team has been established, consisting of chief executive officer, executive vice president/chief client relations officer, and chief operating officer. Robert “Booker” Moore, leading expert in the field of employee benefits plan design for over 35 years, will maintain his strategic planning and client responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer. Beckie Beck, a long tenured staff leader since 1991, will become Executive Vice President/Chief Client Relations Officer. This will allow Beckie to utilize her talents primarily in the areas of benefits management and consulting, while expanding her opportunities to represent the company. Ms. Beck recently earned the prestigious designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) from the Wharton School of Business. Mr. Moore also holds the esteemed CEBS designation, as well as Retirement Plan Administrator (RPA) and Compensation Management Specialist (CMS). Current staff Vice President Holly Rosini will become Chief Operating Officer, sharing her expertise to support and direct operations, implement strategy, and drive business growth and development.
